1. Scope
This policy describes what the nyloa.ai website collects from visitors and how it is used. It covers this website only. Each Nyloa product — the store back office, the online store we host for a grocer, the driver app, and the vendor portal — presents its own privacy terms inside that product, scoped to the data that product actually handles. Drivers, for example, see a full GPS disclosure before their first shift (nyloa.ai/driver/disclosure).
2. What This Website Collects
Demo requests
Name, email, store name, and phone number you submit through the demo form. Used only to contact you about Nyloa. Never sold, never used for advertising.
Usage & log data
Standard web logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited on this site, and error logs. Used for security, debugging, and understanding what visitors read — nothing else.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build ad profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade visitor data.
3. Sharing
We use a small number of vetted service providers — categories: cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and communications delivery — to run this website and respond to your inquiries. They process data only on our instructions. Beyond that, we disclose data only when required by valid legal process.
4. Retention
Demo-request details are kept while we're in conversation with you and deleted on request. Web logs are retained briefly for security and debugging, then purged.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of selling.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nyloa.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We maintain incident response procedures and review our security practices regularly.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above will change with it, and customers we're actively working with will be notified by email before changes take effect.
